Interiors for your Prestige City home
The Prestige City is Prestige Group’s large township on Sarjapur Road in south-east Bengaluru, with several apartment communities inside it, including Eden Park and Meridian Park. ModScale has prepared interior designs for eight homes across the township, from compact 1-BHKs in Eden Park to larger family apartments, so we know these floor plans well.
That range shows in the designs. The Eden Park 1-BHKs keep to light laminates with a single note of colour, such as a sage green or blue kitchen, while the larger homes use walnut doors, marble finishes, brass details and cove-lit ceilings. Do you design interiors for homes in The Prestige City?
Yes. ModScale designs, produces and installs home interiors for apartments across The Prestige City on Sarjapur Road, including Eden Park and Meridian Park, from our studio in HSR Layout.
Have you designed homes in The Prestige City before?
Yes. Our portfolio has eight Prestige City designs: four in Eden Park (including three 1-BHKs), two in Meridian Park (including Ankit’s 3BHK) and two other apartments in the township. The images are 3D design visualisations prepared for each client, shown room by room.
Do you take on 1-BHK homes?
Yes. We plan small homes as carefully as large ones: storage to the ceiling, a compact modular kitchen, a wardrobe that can double as a study, and a light palette that keeps the space open. Many 1-BHK owners here are preparing the flat for rent, and we can plan for that too.
When should I start planning if my tower is still being handed over?
About two to three months before your keys, or straight away if you already have possession. We can finalise the design and 3D model on your floor plan in advance, then measure on site once Prestige allows access.
Can you work with the fittings the developer provides?
Yes. We plan around the electrical points, plumbing and flooring handed over by the developer, and suggest changes only where they genuinely help, such as extra lighting circuits or shifting a point for a TV unit.
Do you offer premium and luxury finishes?
Yes. Our Premium Homes package covers premium finishes, customisation and detailing, and Luxury Homes is fully personalised with hand-crafted work. We show you every material and finish before you approve the design.
What plywood do you use?
We build all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which holds up far better to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture than lower grades. You see the exact board, laminate and hardware brands in your quotation.
Do I need permission from the association or developer?
Most gated communities have fit-out rules on working hours, material movement and deposits. We follow the rules your developer or association sets at The Prestige City, and plan the site work around them.
How does the process work?
Initial discussion on your floor plan with an initial quotation, a site visit for exact measurements, a design discussion with the 3D model, design iterations until you are happy, and then production and installation.
