Interiors for your Prestige Dew Drops home
Prestige Dew Drops is a gated community of 25 luxury villas off Doddaballapur Road in Rajanukunte, north of Yelahanka. Recently handed over, with handovers from April 2026. If you own a home here, ModScale can take it from bare handover to a finished home: 3D design on your floor plan, a modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings with lighting, painting and complete installation, all from our studio in HSR Layout.
What we plan for luxury villas like these
Plan all floors together
Living, dining and bedrooms across levels are designed as one home, so finishes, lighting and storage stay consistent.
Kitchen, utility and storage
A modular kitchen built for Indian cooking, a working utility, full-height wardrobes and lofts.
Lighting and ceilings
False ceilings with layered lighting, planned before the electrical work starts.

Questions from Prestige Dew Drops owners
Do you design interiors for homes in Prestige Dew Drops?
Yes. ModScale designs, produces and installs home interiors for luxury villas at Prestige Dew Drops in Rajanukunte, Yelahanka, from our studio in HSR Layout. We start with your floor plan and an initial quotation.
When should I start planning interiors for my Prestige Dew Drops home?
Now. Prestige Dew Drops is handing over, so we can start with your floor plan right away, then visit your home to take exact measurements as soon as you have access.
Can you design the whole villa, floor by floor?
Yes. We plan every floor together so the living areas, bedrooms, staircase, terrace and utility spaces read as one home, and we produce and install the full scope: modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings with lighting, TV, crockery, pooja and foyer units, and painting.
Do I need permission from the association or developer?
Most gated communities have fit-out rules on working hours, material movement and deposits. We follow the rules your developer or association sets, and plan the site work around them.
Have you completed homes near Prestige Dew Drops?
Our nearest completed project is Sunil’s Home (Classique Windchimes Interiors, Yelahanka). You can see every project room by room in our portfolio.
How does the process work?
Initial discussion on your floor plan with an initial quotation, a site visit for exact measurements, a design discussion with the 3D model, design iterations until you are happy, and then production and installation.
