Purva Woodfield is a villa community in Chandapura, off Hosur Road in south Bengaluru. ModScale has prepared interior designs for two villas here, so we know how these homes are laid out across their floors. For your villa we handle 3D design, the kitchen, wardrobes, staircase and double-height walls, false ceilings with lighting, and full installation, from our studio in HSR Layout.
Annu’s villa warms cream walls and marble-look floors with terracotta in the sofa and kitchen and light wood on the staircase. Shikha’s uses beige grooved panelling, brass lighting and an exposed brick wall along the stairs, with a distinct scheme in each bedroom. Villas give more room to work with than apartments, so we plan each floor as its own zone: formal living and dining below, private bedrooms and a family lounge above.

We build all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which holds up far better to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture than lower grades. You see the exact board, laminate and hardware brands in your quotation.
Do I need permission from the association?
Most gated communities have fit-out rules on working hours, material movement and deposits. We follow the rules your association sets at Purva Woodfield, and plan the site work around them.
