Interiors for your House of Hiranandani home

House of Hiranandani has several gated communities around Bannerghatta in south Bengaluru. ModScale has prepared a full-home design for a home here, and we design and build complete interiors for these homes from our studio in HSR Layout: 3D design on your floor plan, a modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings with lighting, painting and installation.

Saurabh Sharma’s design at House of Hiranandani repeats warm marble finishes, soft gold framing and arches through the house, with a sage green kitchen and quiet, cream bedrooms. It shows how a single theme, carried consistently, makes a large home feel considered rather than busy. You can start from that design, or we will build a new concept around your plan and budget.

What we plan for homes like these

Modular kitchen

A kitchen planned around the developer-provided plumbing and points, built for Indian cooking.

Wardrobes and storage

Full-height wardrobes, lofts, TV, crockery, pooja and foyer units sized to your rooms.

Ceilings and lighting

False ceilings with layered lighting, planned before any electrical changes.

What plywood do you use?

We build all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which holds up far better to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture than lower grades. You see the exact board, laminate and hardware brands in your quotation.

Do I need permission from the association?
