Assetz 63 Degree East is an Assetz apartment community at Kodathi, off Sarjapur Road in south-east Bengaluru. ModScale has prepared full-home designs for three apartments here, so we know these floor plans well. For your home we handle 3D design on your floor plan, the modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings with lighting, painting and installation, from our nearby studio in HSR Layout.
The three designs show how differently the same plan can be read. The Agarwal home uses cream walls with panel mouldings, warm beige laminates and touches of gold for a quiet, classic feel. Anoop’s runs walnut and light wood through the home with a powder blue kitchen and deep green at the dining table. Vivek’s pairs walnut woodwork with a tray ceiling and track lights, and a deep green kitchen. Any of them can be your starting point.

Yes. We can plan a smaller scope, such as a new kitchen, wardrobes or living room, or a full-home refresh, and quote for exactly that.
Do you offer premium and luxury finishes?

What plywood do you use?
We build all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which holds up far better to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture than lower grades. You see the exact board, laminate and hardware brands in your quotation.
Do I need permission from the association or developer?
Most gated communities have fit-out rules on working hours, material movement and deposits. We follow the rules your developer or association sets at Assetz 63 Degree East, and plan the site work around them.
How does the process work?
Initial discussion on your floor plan with an initial quotation, a site visit for exact measurements, a design discussion with the 3D model, design iterations until you are happy, and then production and installation.
