Project overview
This Assetz 63 Degree East project covers the foyer, living room TV unit, crockery and pooja unit, kitchen, master bedroom, kids bedroom and guest bedroom.
The living and dining areas share one set of finishes, autumn leaf and Irish cream laminates with gold beading, so the foyer console, TV unit and crockery unit read as a family. Four TV unit options and two kitchen finishes were presented for the clients to choose from.
The bedrooms are calm and practical, with a full-width sliding wardrobe in the master bedroom and a study desk built into the kids room.

Living room
A marble-finish TV wall with fluted side panels, a floating base unit and backlit display shelves, set between panel-moulded walls. The foyer console with its round mirror opens straight onto the room.
Dining
A combined crockery and pooja unit beside the dining table: mirrored grid shutters on one side and an arched pooja niche under a jali panel on the other.
Kitchen
An L-shaped modular kitchen with dark glass wall units, under-cabinet lighting and tall storage. It was presented in two finishes, cappuccino laminate and a lighter blush acrylic.
Master bedroom
An upholstered bed against a floral wallpaper panel, with a full-width sliding wardrobe in warm grey with tinted mirror bands.
Kids and guest bedrooms
The kids bedroom has a study desk and wardrobe in sage green and white; the guest bedroom keeps to a simple white wardrobe.
Design features
A pooja niche built into the crockery unit. The arched niche with its jali panel sits beside the display shutters, saving a separate pooja corner.
A layered TV wall. Marble-finish back panel, fluted side panels and backlit shelves, framed by panel-moulded walls.
A sliding wardrobe. The master wardrobe runs the full wall with tinted mirror bands, and needs no door swing.
A hard-working kitchen. Tall units, loft storage and a bay for the refrigerator and washing machine.
