Kitchen renovation in Bangalore usually starts with sagging shutters, swollen carcasses near the sink, too little storage or a layout that fights the way you cook. ModScale replaces old kitchens with modular ones planned in 3D, made in our production setup and installed by our own team, often within the existing plumbing and platform.

Keep the platform or replace it?
Many older Bangalore kitchens have a concrete platform with a granite top. If it is level and in good condition, we can fit modular base units below and wall units above, which saves time and cost. If the layout needs to change, or the platform is damaged, replacing it is civil work, which we scope as a separate line at the site visit.
How a kitchen renovation runs
- Discussion of what is not working, with photos or a floor plan.
- Site visit to measure and inspect plumbing, electrical points and the platform.
- 3D design and a written specification of board, finish, countertop and hardware.
- Production in our setup while old units are removed and any civil work is done.
- Installation, then snagging and handover.
Because the units are made off site, the time your kitchen is out of action is shorter than with on-site carpentry.

Most work happens in our production unit after you approve the design, so the on-site phase is short. We give you a schedule with the quotation.
