Carpenter-made on site or modular?

A traditional carpenter builds furniture in your home from sheets of plywood. That can work for one-off pieces, but it brings dust and noise into the flat for weeks, and the finish depends on the individual. Modular joinery is cut, edge-banded and assembled in a production unit using machines, then installed on site in days. Materials

We build carcasses in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which stands up to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture far better than lower grades. Shutters come in laminate, acrylic, PU or veneer, and hardware is named by brand in your quotation, so you know exactly what you are paying for. BWP plywood for all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units. The brand and grade are written into your quotation.

How long does carpentry take?

Most of the work happens in production after you approve the design, so time in your home is short. We give you a schedule with the quotation.

Is modular furniture as strong as carpenter-made furniture?

Yes, when it is built from good board with proper hardware. Machine-cut panels and pressed edges are usually more accurate and durable than hand-finished site work.
