Around The Life is a Keya Homes apartment community at Seegehalli near KR Puram, on the Whitefield side of east Bengaluru. ModScale has prepared full-home designs for two apartments here, so we already know how these floor plans work. For your home we handle everything from 3D design on your floor plan to the modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting and installation, from our studio in HSR Layout.
Many homes here are generously sized, which leaves room for statement pieces: a feature wall behind the TV, a proper crockery or bar unit, full-height wardrobes and a pooja unit with real presence. Sharath’s design warms the living room with cream, terracotta and brushed gold; Mohit’s pairs marble-finish surfaces with a teal sofa and a sage green kitchen. Use either as a starting point, or we will build a fresh concept around your floor plan.

What plywood do you use?
We build all cabinetry, wardrobes and kitchen units in BWP (boiling water proof) plywood, which holds up far better to Bangalore’s humidity and kitchen moisture than lower grades. You see the exact board, laminate and hardware brands in your quotation.
Do I need permission from the association or developer?
Most gated communities have fit-out rules on working hours, material movement and deposits. We follow the rules your developer or association sets at Keya Around The Life, and plan the site work around them.
How does the process work?
Initial discussion on your floor plan with an initial quotation, a site visit for exact measurements, a design discussion with the 3D model, design iterations until you are happy, and then production and installation.
