  • Lighting: cove strips, downlights, spotlights and pendants, planned with your electrician’s points and switches.
  • AC and fan planning: cut-outs for split and cassette ACs, and fan hooks fixed to the slab.

How a false ceiling job runs

  1. Site visit and measurement: we check slab height, beams, AC and plumbing lines.
  2. Design and lighting plan: agreed in 3D with the rest of your interiors.
  3. Electrical first: wiring and points for lights, fans and ACs are run before boarding.
  4. Framing and boarding: galvanised metal framework, then gypsum boards or POP.
  5. Jointing, putty and paint: joints taped and finished so cracks do not show later.
  6. Light fitting and testing.
