Godrej Splendour is an apartment community by Godrej Properties on Belathur Main Road, between KR Puram and Whitefield in East Bengaluru. Possession expected around January 2028. Godrej Splendour offers 1-, 2- and 3-BHK homes, and we plan each size differently. A 1-BHK needs furniture that does two jobs, like a TV unit that doubles as a study. We design to the way you will actually use the home, not a fixed package.
