Project overview
This Mahaveer Ranches project covers the foyer, the living room, a pooja unit, the dining area, the kitchen with its crockery unit, and three bedrooms.
The living room, shown above, has a backlit marble-finish TV wall with brass inlay lines, a floating ledge and a tall glass display unit with lit shelves. Brown sofas face it under a cove-lit ceiling.
The presentation showed two options each for the foyer wall, the crockery unit and the master bedroom colours.

Living room
Behind the sofas, a panel-moulded wall carries brass wall lights and artwork, with curved bands of blush paint and a large wall clock on the adjoining wall. A wood-framed opening leads to the dining area.
Foyer
A storage unit with brass trim under pendant lights. One option sets it against a leaf-pattern marble-finish wall with mirror strips; the other uses textured stone-look tiles with brass ring wall art. An open wooden shelf partition with lit niches screens the foyer from the dining area.
Pooja and dining
The pooja unit has a backlit Om motif on a marble-finish wall, flanked by lotus jaali strips, with drawers and cabinets below. The dining table sits beside it under a globe chandelier, and a wooden console stands between panelled doors.
Kitchen
An open kitchen with taupe base units, cream wall units with glass shutters and a grey marble-finish backsplash. A curved breakfast counter with stools faces the dining area. The crockery unit alongside has chevron-groove shutters, a wash basin and black-framed glass cabinets.
Master bedroom
A backlit arched panel with a leaf pattern frames the fluted headboard, with loop pendants on both sides. The sliding wardrobe has copper lines across cream and taupe panels, and the TV sits on a wall with a curved painted band. A sage green version of the same room was also shown.
Second bedroom
A fluted headboard with a backlit mirror beside it, a dark book shelf unit with drawers, and a wardrobe with zigzag two-tone shutters.
Children’s bedroom
A bunk bed with storage steps against space-themed wallpaper, in teal, pink and white. A wardrobe with a house-shaped dresser niche and shelf, a window seat with a study desk, and a rainbow feature on the ceiling.
